Accounting Specialist

Location : Iron Mountain, MI

Pay Range : $18.5 / hr

Shift : 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM

What's the Job?

Process supplier invoices in the ERP system (Syteline) for timely payment.

Maintain an organized electronic filing system for all accounts payable documents.

Match invoices to receiving documents to ensure accurate three-way matching.

Resolve discrepancies with receiving or purchase orders by collaborating with relevant departments.

Support month-end close, project costing, audits, and special projects as assigned.

What's Needed?

Associates degree in accounting or related field preferred.

Minimum of two years of office experience, preferably in accounting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Experience with ERP software, such as SyteLine, is a plus.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
