LPN Wound Care Nurse – Full-Time

At Munster Med Inn, we’re dedicated to exceptional long-term care and rehabilitation. We’re currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) specializing in Wound Care  to support our residents’ health, dignity, and recovery.

Key Responsibilities :

Assess, document, and manage skin integrity and wound care.

Develop individualized care plans for wound prevention and treatment.

Educate staff on skin care best practices and prevention strategies.

Collaborate with physicians and dietary teams to support healing.

Administer treatments as prescribed and ensure timely care delivery.

Maintain compliance with all safety and infection control standards.

Qualifications :

Valid Indiana LPN license (required)

2+ years of nursing experience preferred (LTC experience a plus)

Wound care experience preferred – we’ll train the right candidate!

Current CPR certification
