Summary :

The position involves a high level of customer interaction and account maintenance and generation, as well as follow-through on the movement of product and monitoring of sales.  This position is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, adaptable and has a growth mindset.   Key Responsibilities :

Sales Performance Monitoring   Sell products at maximum profit margin with consideration given to current market pressures and sound understanding of competitors' position. Initiate and control sales processes with new clients.   Negotiate contracts applying established company pricing standards. Customer presentations, emphasizing product value and benefits  Monitor sales volumes, distribution margins and related measurements.   Create, maintain and execute a successful territory sales plan.   3.

Additional Duties  Attend and actively participate in all sales meetings.   Communicate and support administrative personnel in keeping customers within credit terms. Create, maintain and execute a successful territory sales plan.   Report variances with corrective actions to the Sales Manager once per period.   What You Bring to Pacific Seafood :
