We currently have 30+ ambulatory infusion clinics in six western states where our skilled nursing professionals administer infusion and injection therapies for patients with ongoing care needs, communicating with referring providers at every step.

Specialty Pharmacy Technician :

Responsible for the accurate entry and verification of all prescription drug data components associated with a physician referral. Primary point of contact for physician's offices and will collaborate with them both via fax and phone calls to obtain all necessary prescription data components.

Job Responsibilities :

• Processing prescriptions (handwritten and electronic) into the EMR and ensuring all data components are entered accurately and completely
• Verifying the accuracy of previously entered prescriptions and ensuring all necessary labs and clinical documentation has been obtained
• Partnering with physicians' offices to obtain missing components of prescriptions / referrals
• Partner with the Intake team to assist in the submission of Prior Authorization requests from insurance
• Answer questions of physicians, pharma, and patients via phone calls
