Job Description

At Segreto, we are more than a decorative arts company, we are storytellers of space. Known nationally for our craftsmanship, creativity, and client care, we transform interiors through finishes, plaster, furniture, and custom artistry. Our showroom is the heart of our client experience, and we are looking for a Showroom Manager who is both polished and personable, someone who thrives on creating memorable experiences, leading a team, and building strong relationships.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead & Inspire : Manage and mentor a small showroom staff, ensuring organization, consistency, and exceptional client care.
  • Be the Face of Segreto : Welcome clients, designers, and guests into the showroom with warmth, confidence, and hospitality.
  • Host Tours & Presentations : Deliver engaging showroom tours, present finishes, and guide clients through product options with enthusiasm.
  • Plan & Execute Events : Organize and host showroom events, and client gatherings that showcase Segreto’s artistry and build connections.
  • Merchandise & Organize : Keep the showroom beautifully staged, organized, and aligned with our brand vision.
  • Drive Outreach : Partner with designers, builders, and industry professionals through events, outreach, and collaborations to grow visibility and strengthen relationships.
  • Oversee Small-Scale Projects : Manage showroom sales, repair orders, and account flow from intake to completion.
  • Account Setup & Processes : Accurately create and maintain client accounts, ensuring all information, samples, and next steps are properly documented.
  • Support Growth : Coordinate with marketing, operations, and design teams to ensure a seamless client experience and efficient internal process flow.

What We’re Looking For

  • A bubbly, engaging personality who loves hosting, leading, and connecting with people.
  • Detail-oriented and organized -able to follow and enforce processes without letting things slip through the cracks.
  • Background in luxury retail, hospitality, event management, galleries, or lifestyle brands preferred.
  • Strong sense of aesthetics and merchandising -can keep the showroom polished and inspiring.
  • Comfort with sales, outreach, and client follow-up (not pushy, but confident guiding clients toward next steps).
  • A natural multitasker and team leader who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
