We are seeking a skilled Surface or Blanchard Grinder for a full-time, on-site role based in Bridgeport, CT. The Grinder will be responsible for operating machines to grind surfaces of metal parts to precise specifications. This includes setting up and adjusting machine tools, inspecting finished products for accuracy, maintaining equipment, and following all safety protocols.

Day-to-day tasks will include reading and interpreting blueprints, selecting grinding wheels, setting up machines, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate surface and Blanchard grinding machines to meet specifications.
• Set up and adjust machine tools as required for each project.
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy using precision measurement tools.
