PRI Technology is hiring : Senior Web Developer in New York

Overview

The client is a boutique web development and mobile software shop in Rockland County, NY. They are looking for highly motivated individuals with pleasant personalities and good organizational skills to work as a PHP / MySQL Web Engineer. At least TWO years experience working with PHP technology and Web-based business applications is a must, more preferred. US Citizen or Green Card only. NO RELOCATION, MUST BE WITHIN ABOUT 50 MILES FROM THE MARIO CUOMO BRIDGE. (Southeastern CT, Westchester, NYC with access to a car, Rockland, Orange Counties, maybe Putnam, NJ as far south as I-78, possibly Northeastern PA) This is a hard requirement. They are 100% virtual but must be able to visit Rockland County, New York periodically. They must be able to understand all aspects of a typical business as they have all varieties of clients and need strong business skills.

Base pay range

$90,000.00 / yr - $115,000.00 / yr

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of Object Oriented programming
• Knowledge of composer, react, etc a plus
• Knowledge of the Laravel framework a plus
• Excellent knowledge of MySQL (Simple SELECT and JOIN statements will NOT be enough)
• Coding standards, organizational programming skills and good commenting practices is important
• Experience in front-end and back-end Web projects
