Position Summary

The Senior Analyst, Business Consultant / Project Management is a fully remote role that plays a crucial role in the planning and execution of business unit strategic plans related to Medicaid provider directory standardization and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Managing a diverse portfolio of projects and implementation improvements that contribute to the overall success of print and online provider directories.
Overseeing the end-to-end process and improvement activities as part of our provider directories.
Displaying attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Working collectively across multiple departments and stakeholders.
Managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Required Qualifications

3 - 5 years proven experience in working to support multiple business initiatives or projects.

Excellent Excel skills, data base management skills, and strong analytical skills required (Formulas, pivot tables, create charts, compare and handle large data sets).

Strong knowledge of Medicaid products and understanding of provider data / directory products.

Excellent problem-solving skills that include identification and development of mitigation strategies.

Ability to communicate effectively and influence team members and colleagues at all levels.

Experience in developing and maintaining relationships across various functional areas.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with QNXT and Agile project management.

QuickBase

Bachelor's degree preferred / specialized training / relevant professional qualification.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is :

$46,988.00 - $102,000.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
