Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end monthly compensation processing for all sales teams
Facilitate compensation plan creation, administration, payout, and reporting
Analyze sales data to evaluate and improve compensation plans and structures
Required Qualifications
Expertise in designing and managing compensation plans
Experience in change management and influencing decisions
Minimum 3-6 years of SaaS experience in operations
Strong data and visualization skills (Excel, Tableau, SQL, Anaplan)
Successful senior stakeholder engagement, particularly with sales
