Salary : $85,000 - $115,000 per year

We are seeking a highly motivated FP&A Associate to join our team. As our new FP&A Associate, you will have significant responsibility for providing financial reporting, insights, and projections to the executive leadership team in all of its sectors. This is a dynamic role and will offer career growth as our portfolio of diversified investments (including opportunistic real estate, venture capital funds and companies, alternatives generally, and public markets) continues to expand. The successful candidate will play a key role in gathering data from external parties in addition to planning and analysis.

The Role

This new role will :

Develop and maintain robust financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support both short-term and long-term financial planning

Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to assist executive leadership in making informed strategic and tactical decisions

  • Interface with our portfolio companies and fund managers to gather updated financial information and other data
  • Identify and understand business challenges to propose solutions for leadership consideration

Analyze variances to forecast, budget, monthly reporting, and prior-year expenses to proactively identify opportunities for improvement

Create various ad hoc reports and perform analysis as required

Relevant Skills, Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field desirable, with graduate education a plus

2-6 years of relevant experience

Intermediate Accounting / Finance knowledge

Advanced Excel skills

Knowledge of Quickbooks is a plus

Knowledge of SharePoint is a plus

Knowledge of Addepar and Navigator is a plus

Excellent communication skills

Excellent understanding of data management and quantitative reporting skills

Compensation

Range : $85,000 - $115,000 annually, commensurate with knowledge, skills and experience.

Location : New York, NY 10017
