We are seeking an experienced Electrical / Instrumentation & Controls Shop Drawing Submittal Reviewer / Electrical Project Administrator to join our team. This position requires 40 hours per week on-site in our Tempe, AZ office. (This position on-site and is not hybrid nor remote.)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Submittal Review & Approval

• Review and interpret shop drawings, product data, installation manuals, samples, and other contractor submittals electrical and control systems, including power distribution, instrumentation, and SCADA systems for water / wastewater treatment facilities.
• Verify compliance with construction documents, technical specifications, and applicable standards (e.g., NEC, IEEE, ISA, UL).
• Identify discrepancies, omissions, or non-conforming materials and issue comments or rejections as appropriate.
