Our client, a contract machining company is seeking an Outsourcing Specialist to join their team. As an Outsourcing Specialist, you will be part of the Manufacturing group supporting Procurement. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of urgency, be growth-oriented, and be a game changer which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : Richfield, WI (Relocation Assistance available)

Pay Range : $85-110 / k

Identifies, qualifies, and onboards new suppliers and subcontractors for machining, fabrication, coating, heat treatment, and other specialized metal processes.

Maintains strong supplier relationships to ensure performance and reliability.

Monitors supplier performance (quality, on-time delivery, cost adherence, responsiveness) and implements corrective actions where needed.

Builds long-term partnerships with key vendors to ensure capacity, capability, and reliability.

Collaborates with engineering and production teams to provide technical specifications, drawings, and documentation to suppliers.

7+ years of experience in outsourcing, supply chain, or procurement within metal manufacturing or related industry.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

Strong knowledge of machining, fabrication, and finishing processes.
