Lead Superintendent opportunity with a growing Commercial Construction firm. Strong local pipeline, profit sharing, 401k w / match, car allowance, and bonus.

Location :  Ground-up large-scale commercial projects in the Milwaukee market

Job Title :  Senior Superintendent / Lead Superintendent

Salary :  - $120-$135k base + Benefits, 401k w / match, PTO, Auto Allowance

Requirements :  Ground-up large-scale commercial construction experience (7+ years with good tenure)

We're a growing Commercial GC firm in the Milwaukee market aimed at growing out one of the strongest pipelines of local large-scale work.

We're looking to bring on a Lead Superintendent due to growth in our Milwaukee market. The ideal candidate will be looking for a long-term fit in Milwaukee, and have experience working on ground-up commercial projects.

Packages will include a $120k-$135k base, bonus plan, 401k w / match, auto allowance, and more.

What You Need for This Role :

• Ground-up large-scale commercial construction experience (7+ years with good tenure)
