Summary
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator , you will support the recruiting process by providing excellent customer service to candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. You will also assist with administrative tasks, audits, and reporting to ensure smooth and efficient Talent Acquisition (TA) operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and coordinate user support queries from the TA Ops Mailbox (Recruiters, Hiring Managers, People Partners, Candidates).
- Handle administrative changes in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Support audits of processes using data and process guides; identify and report findings.
- Provide administrative support to the TA Operations Technology team, including :
SharePoint maintenance
Updating user guides and process mapsSupporting end-user testing of new featuresCompile reports such as :Weekly status updates

Experience supporting and training users on processes and / or systems.Strong administrative background in documenting processes, updating guides, audits, reporting, and presentations.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage challenging stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work effectively in a virtual or hybrid team environment; self-motivated and proactive.High attention to detail with curiosity to understand the why behind issues.Experience
2+ years in a process delivery and support function (preferably in Talent Acquisition, People Services, or Operations).Experience working with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Technical Skills
