Title : Executive Compensation Lead

Location : Alpharetta, GA

Type : Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)

Duration : 10 / 13 / 2025 - 07 / 31 / 2026

Pay Rate : $77.19 / hr. W2

Location : Hybrid preferred if local to Atlanta, flexible if remote needed

Schedule : Standard 9 AM – 5 PM EST

We’re seeking an Executive Compensation Lead to join a Fortune 500 Total Rewards team. This high-impact role will report to the Sr. Director of Executive Compensation & Compensation Operations and have regular interaction with senior leadership.

What You’ll Do :

Prepare and deliver high-visibility presentations for the Compensation Committee.

Lead executive compensation proxy preparation, including tables, footnotes, and disclosures.

Oversee equity compensation administration, incentive plan modeling, and executive job pricing.

Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

What We’re Looking For :

Strong Excel expertise and prior proxy experience (required).

Exceptional presentation and communication skills—comfortable working with ambiguity and tight timelines.

Background in Payments or Finance ; Fortune 500 experience is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in executive compensation , including 2–3 years in management.
