Duties and Responsibilities :Conduct candidate application audit & review, ensure ATS process compliance, assist with recruitment marketing campaigns, hiring events, audits & close requisitionsCollaborate with hiring teams during the full recruitment cycle to execute recruitment strategies : recruitment, sourcing, screening, tracking, interviewing and hiringServe as a consultant and business advocate to hiring teams during selection process to make hiring recommendations based on interviews, assessment data, and candidate qualificationsExplore market trends in attracting external talent and implement in accordance with business strategyIdentify regional and local sourcing strategies using a variety of methods (e.g.networking, referrals, workforce boards, internet sourcing, agencies)
Status and report on key hiring metricsUse TTM compensation program, internal equity analysis and cost of living information, to determine negotiation limits and components of an employment offerUse social networking mediums (i.e., LinkedIn groups and other online forums) to promote employment brand messaging that drives traffic to open roles by establishing and promoting positive relationshipsDrive employment branding efforts across North AmericaSupport DEI programs and initiatives across North AmericaEssential Knowledge and Skills :Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and in a team environmentAbility to listen objectively to the needs of hiring teams and candidatesActs with a sense of urgency in communicating with team members, hiring managers, and candidatesAbility to work collaboratively and think strategicallyDemonstrated customer service skillsEffective verbal and written communicator at all levels in the organizationAbility to manage time and set priorities amid multiple projectsEducation and Experience :Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required or equivalent experienceMinimum of 2 years full lifecycle recruiting experienceExperience recruiting entry level, professional, and technically skilled positionsExperience with Microsoft OfficeExperience with an automated applicant tracking system (Workday) and internet resume sourcing requiredDesired Qualifications :Preferred candidate will have experience in recruiting hourly and salaried Manufacturing roles.Strong intellectual curiosity and a desire to deeply understand the business and assigned rolesStrong organizational skills and keen attention to detailExceptional communication skills, both written and verbalFlexible, resourceful, with a bias to action and willingness to do what is needed to get work doneDemonstrated ability to work in a virtual team environment#LI-CG1## ## ##Compensation and Benefits :TTM offers a variety of health and well-being benefit programs.Benefit options include medical, dental, vision, 401K, Flexible Spending Account, Health Savings Account, accident benefits, life insurance, disability benefits, paid vacation & holidays.
Benefits are available 1st of the month following date of hire.Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in New York, California and Colorado.
For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
