SUMMARY : Have the correct high-quality edible products on time to complete production schedules. We are actively interviewing now.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Identify and retrieve all ingredients, follow first in first out procedure
  • Understand and carry out mixing procedures
  • Read and understand formula sheets
  • Properly weigh product
  • Operate DE clumper
  • Oil, salt and season product as needed
  • Understand and follow all safety procedures
  • Know and follow all GMP’s
  • Understand and follow all food safety and food quality issues and proper documentation whenever necessary
  • Operate floor cleaning equipment
  • Comfortable working 25 feet in the air.
  • Perform any and all additional duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Good knowledge of all raw materials and mixes
  • Good reading and math comprehension
  • Ability to lift 75 pounds
  • Ability to work independently and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to climb ladders or stairs as well as access platforms to access equipment
