  • Current state nursing license\n
  • Advanced degree or relevant certification preferred\n
  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within Long-Term Care preferred\n
  • Empathy and compassion towards patients, especially the aged and chronically ill\n
  • Skilled in clinical leadership, organization, and decision-making\n
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\n
