SERVPRO of Anaheim Central / Garden Grove East is seeking a Water Damage Restoration Technician. Our Franchise is looking for someone who is comfortable working hard in challenging situations, enjoys meeting new people, has excellent communication skills, takes pride in their work, and follows instructions of Crew Chief and / or Production Manager. The perfect candidate would be hard working in challenging situations, enjoys meeting new people, has excellent communication skills, takes pride in their work, and follows instructions of Crew Chief and / or Production Manager.

Please note : This position requires you to reside within a 20 mile radius of Anaheim due to minimizing after hours emergency call response times. Please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Load equipment, supplies, and cleaning products in the work vehicle for each job.
• Prepare work affected area and setup and / or take down equipment on each job.
• Communicate clearly with the Crew Chief and other technicians regarding the job.
• Monitor, assess, and document active jobs daily using Drybook Mobile
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle.
• Manage job file documentation to ensure complete and accurate project details
• Perform cleanup of the jobsite, leaving the areas / rooms looking "Like it never even happened".
• Create Happy Customers!
