Role Description

This is a contract role for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), located on-site in Frisco, TX. The LPN will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. Day-to-day tasks include administering medications, monitoring patient health, recording patient information, and assisting with routine procedures. The LPN will also provide patient education and support to ensure a high quality of care.

Qualifications

• Possess a current and valid LPN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in administering medications and monitoring patient health
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
• Experience in providing direct patient care and recording patient information
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
• Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
