Technical Consultant – IGT Glass Hardware

The Technical Consultant serves as a product expert and customer advisor within IGT’s Branches. This role bridges the gap between sales, operations, and the client, ensuring that every solution offered aligns with IGT’s technical standards and customer needs.

They provide guidance on product selection, installation methods, and hardware compatibility, while maintaining proactive communication with customers and the internal team. The Technical Consultant supports the sales process with technical accuracy, follows up on quotes and project progress, and ensures that every interaction reflects IGT’s commitment to quality, simplicity, and customer satisfaction.
