Primary Care experience highly preferred. Active Washington State license or ability to obtain a Washington State license before start. Guaranteed first year salary : $130,037 Employment bonus, relocation reimbursement & CME allowance. Malpractice insurance, including tail insurance, is fully covered! Highlights
- Work with a cohesive team of new and experienced physicians and APPs at our Internal Medicine clinics in Mount Vernon, Washington.
- Enjoy a Monday-Friday outpatient only schedule, with some extended hours that may be required. Opportunity to work a 4-day work week.
- Our providers see a good mix of chronic and acute adult patients. Basic in office procedures performed in clinic, based on provider comfort level and preference.
- Light phone call rotation of 1 : 9 call of clinic phone call only. Our acute care hospitals are staffed with Hospitalists to handle any inpatient coverage.
- Skagit Regional Health offers a 12 week mentorship program for new grad APPs or those new to the specialty to ensure smooth transition and successful start to practice!
- This is a hospital employed position with access to a large, existing in house specialty care referral base.
- Integrated EPIC EMR platform utilized system-wide throughout the organization with newly implemented ambient AI technology (Abridge) available!
