RCPMS is seeking a highly organized self-starter with excellent communication skills for our open Full-Time Clinical Supervisor position to guide and motivate staff to achieve optimal performance. We have a great opportunity for a results oriented team player who can effectively and efficiently manage the daily operations of a primary care pediatric medical office.
Full-time hours are Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm.

Under the general supervision of the UCSD Site Manager, the Clinical Supervisor is responsible for oversight a wide variety of clinical functions and direct supervision of MA / LVNs at both UCSD AGP locations.
In collaboration with other clinic leadership, the Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for daily operations including but not limited to staffing resource allocation, patient and team safety, and regulatory readiness. This position requires competence and confidence in ambulatory patient care with a focus on efficient clinical flow, quality improvement and patient centric care.
Responsibilities :
Provides direct supervision, mentorship, and support to clinic staff.Coordinates training of staff on clinic workflows and policy; cross trains as necessary to ensure adequate coverage for all positions.Manages staffing schedules and coordinates for backfill as needed.Tracks and manages employee attendance and punctuality. Monitors the use of overtime and approves time off.In conjunction with the Site Manager handles site performance management including performance evaluations, disciplinary actions and training. Handles staff performance management including coaching and disciplinary actions in accordance with the organizational policies and in collaboration with HR.Attends trainings and meetings as necessary and ensures new procedures, processes and policies are disseminated, trained, and implemented at the site.Works collaboratively with Site Manger and Section Chief to review and discuss any site updates, operational concerns, or physician workflows, site efficiencies and productivity.Provides direction and support for faculty and learners at the sites.Through analysis, planning, evaluation of resources, and implementation, makes changes to improve clinical workflow.Ensures policy and business imperatives are being accomplished.Organizes workload and establish work standards to ensure efficiency and productivity.Ensure sites are kept clean, organized, and equipment is well maintained and orderly.Audits clinical charting from MA / LVNs on regular interval or as needed.Manages UCSD faculty, resident and medical student schedules and templatesRequirements :
Bachelors Degree preferredSuccessful completion of a medical assistant program through an accredited academic institution or a LVN licenseMinimum 2 years in a management / supervisory position in a medical office settingCurrent LVN license OR Medical Assistant Certification through AMT, AAMA, or CBMACurrent CPR certificateFor full-time positions RCPMS offers the full scope of benefits, a competitive compensation package and opportunities for professional growth.
