A company is looking for a Claims Recovery Representative - Workers' Compensation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of workers compensation subrogation claims, ensuring quality service and prompt recoveries

Conduct investigations to determine responsible parties and pursue recovery through negotiations and evidence gathering

Review claims for subrogation potential and assist in training adjusters on recovery opportunities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university

At least two years of related work experience in workers compensation recovery

Knowledge of insurance contracts, statutory and common law, and relevant state statutes

Proficiency in claims software systems and Microsoft Office programs

Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote environment
