About the job :

Advantra is partnering with a Series A CPG SaaS startup in New York to hire a Product Designer to lead the design of AI tools that automate manual work for retail brands.

About the role :

You will lead design for Confido's core products, including AI-enabled accounting and planning tools. You will create prototypes, refine workflows, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape user experience and visual design. You will help set design standards, systems, and brand guidelines.

Responsibilities :

• Lead UX and UI design for significant product features.
• Rapidly prototype new tools and workflows.
• Conduct and synthesize user research sessions with CPG customers.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement design solutions.
• Develop and maintain design systems and brand guidelines.
• Communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics.
• Contribute to long-term product vision and strategy.
