A company is looking for a Customer Service Call Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from customers in a Call Center environment while delivering quality service
Prepare documents as needed to fulfill customer requests and educate customers on policy terms
Maintain accurate customer account information and place outbound calls as necessary
Required Qualifications
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Previous telephone customer service experience preferred
Ability to perform accurate data input into various software
PC skills including knowledge and use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Windows, etc.)
