Elite Force Specialist

About the Role

As a Special Forces Candidate, you will undergo rigorous training to become a Green Beret. You'll learn advanced combat techniques, survival skills, and how to operate in extreme environments.

Key Qualifications

You must be a U.S. citizen and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.

You should meet the Army's tattoo guidelines and have no major law violations.

No medical concerns will be tolerated.

Age-wise, you must be at least 18 years old by ship date and not have turned 32 prior to leaving.

Training & Certification

You will complete 22 weeks of Infantry One Station Unit Training.

Following this, you'll attend the Special Operations Forces Preparation Course and the Special Forces Assessment & Selection Course after Airborne School.

You need to achieve a minimum score of 110 on the General Technical (GT) ASVAB and 100 on the Combat (CO) ASVAB.
