Anesthesiology Physician

L ocation : Southwest Missouri, Greene County, Springfield / Branson Metro Area; Take in Springfield and Branson and their many entertainment, cultural, recreational activities Need : Multiple Anesthesiologists that can work full weeks with a varied schedule, or one willing to take on a full-time, ongoing assignment Start Date : March 1, 2024 or as soon as credentialed End Date : Ongoing Schedule : Monday through Friday; no Call, no weekends, no nights, no holidays Shifts : 10 hour shifts; weekdays Duties : Weekday, full-time shifts Locum Provider is responsible for pre and post OP notes, supervision of up to 4 CRNAs (including regular check-ins and help as needed, as well as present for induction during critical times or when called) Skills : Adult General Anesthesia, Pediatrics, but no high risk cases; This is a level I facility, so there will be Neuro (head & spine), eyes, hearts, trauma, central & arterial lines, epidural, regional anesthesia surgery, complex vascular, complex orthopedic, OB, Endo, MRI, Cath lab; CRNA supervision; This is a large hospital with 47 total ORs and 27-28 other anesthetist needs for endoscopy, MRI, Cath lab, etc. Requirements :

• Active, unrestricted MO license
• Board Certified
• Clean background / malpractice / NPDB
• AHA Certifications : ACLS, BLS
• Provide updated CV with response to this post
• Provide availability for start and work duration with response to this post

Credentialing timeline : up to 90 days; temporary privileges available Anestesia Staff : 22 MDSs, 80 CRNAs EMR : Epic Caseload : 10-15 patients per day Acuity : ASA1-5e Rate : Open; please provide your going rate Travel & Lodging covered Malpractice Insurance covered
