Investigative Paralegal - TN

A company is looking for an Investigative Paralegal in the Civil Rights Enforcement Division.

Key Responsibilities :

Review complaints to determine whether the Division has jurisdiction

Interview complainants and other witnesses to gather facts

Prepare documents, such as complaint summaries and investigative reports

Required Qualifications :

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree or paralegal certification

At least two years of experience as a paralegal strongly preferred
