Basic understanding of content creation tools like Canva, Adobe, or similar. Strong communication and organizational skills. Willingness to learn and grow with the team. Basic video editing skills (for social or digital use). Experience with press writing or media outreach. Knowledge of digital marketing tools or analytics platforms. Bonus : Assist with video content and editing (if you have experience, not required). Banyan Treatment Centers is looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Specialist to support our growing marketing team.

Key Responsibilities :
- Help create and schedule marketing emails, newsletters, and other email campaigns.
- Support the development of written and visual content for blogs, websites, and social media.
- Assist with managing social media platforms (organic and paid), including planning posts and monitoring engagement.
- Write and edit press releases and other media content as needed.
- Help organize and track campaign performance and support marketing reports.
- Collaborate with team members on brand campaigns, promotions, and special projects.
