Current Opportunity : We’re expanding our Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) sales team and seeking a Regional Director of Ambulatory Surgery Center Sales to lead growth efforts in the Central region. This role is pivotal in supporting and expanding relationships with large, complex, strategic ASC customers within the McKesson Medical Surgical market. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in surgery center sales , a strategic mindset, and a proven ability to drive results in a highly competitive healthcare environment.

Preferred Location : Illinois will provide the best access to the overall territory. Additional locations may be Indiana, Missouri, Tennessee, Michigan, and Iowa

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Account Leadership

• Own and execute the master strategy for supporting strategic ASC customers, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements and growth objectives.
• Develop and manage detailed account plans, including expansion strategies, resource needs, decision-maker mapping, and contract negotiations.

Our Total Target Cash (TTC) Pay Range for this position :

$193,900 - $323,100

Total Target Cash (TTC) is defined as base pay plus target incentive.
