IT Partner Italia ricerca candidati con il seguente profilo professionale : Technical Writer IT . Stiamo cercando una figura di Technical Writer IT da inserire in un progetto innovativo, con la possibilità di lavorare in full remote (con sporadiche presenze su Milano).

Responsabilità principali :

  • Creare, aggiornare e mantenere la documentazione tecnica relativa ad applicativi interni (manuali utente, guide rapide, FAQ, procedure operative)
  • Raccogliere informazioni dai team di sviluppo e trasformarle in contenuti chiari, comprensibili e facilmente navigabili per utenti non tecnici
  • Strutturare i contenuti in maniera coerente e accessibile
  • Aggiornare la documentazione in base a nuove release o modifiche applicative
  • Definire e applicare linee guida e standard di qualità per la documentazione tecnica

Competenze richieste :

  • Esperienza pregressa come Technical Writer IT o in ruoli affini
  • Ottima padronanza della scrittura tecnica in italiano e inglese
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese anche a livello di speaking
  • Conoscenza dei processi di sviluppo software (preferibile esperienza diretta in ambito IT)

    • Modalità di lavoro : full time e full remote con possibili presenze occasionali su Milano
