Job Overview

We are hiring immediately for a full-time Sous Chef position at Eurest, located at Kenvue, 7050 Camphill Road, Fort Washington, PA 19034.

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 6 : 00 am - 2 : 30 pm. Pay : $19.00 - $21.00 per hour. Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available. Online applications accepted only.

Responsibilities

  • Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards; ensures deadlines are met.
  • Supervises hourly food service associates including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, counseling, reviews, and disciplinary actions as appropriate.
  • Maintains food safety and sanitation procedures; stores food properly.
  • Ensures proper food handling, presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures.
  • Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies, and utensils; keeps workstations clean during service.
  • Interacts with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner; relays information to the supervisor.
  • Understands daily menu items and can explain them to associates and customers.
  • Monitors inventory and deliveries; tracks production, consumption, and waste; informs supervisor when supplies are low.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
