Location : Arlington, VA (Hybrid)

Pay Rate : $30 - $34.81 / hr

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and prepare documents for IRS audits.
  • Review and ensure correctness of documents for audit support.
  • Assist in audit preparation for both current and next cycles.
  • Engage in progressive accounting practices to support business needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the team on project delivery and audit accuracy.

Must-Have Skills :

  • Solid experience in managing IRS audits.
  • Progressive accounting experience (2-4 years).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting.
  • Preffered Skills : CPA or equivalent
  • Experience working with a fast-paced, high-tech start-up or similar company
  • Ability to demonstrate sound judgment even in ambiguous situations
  • Aptitude for information technology
  • Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through and meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
