THE WORK

This position builds product using small press equipment. Along with hand torque of nuts and bolts. This is done by reading the Standard Operating Detail (SOD) and process.

Reports to the Operation Supervisor on work progress, including any conditions surrounding failure to meet quantity or quality standards.

Attends Performance Excellence Team meetings and brings recommendations for continuous improvement.

WHO YOU ARE

You possess manufacturing knowledge, are adept at using hand tools, can proficiently read technical drawings to ensure an accurate and efficient assembly processes.

1 or more years proficient in forming, bending and cutting components.

1 of more years of experience using hand tools and machines for preparation of components

Ability ro follow process and read drawings and wire diagrams.

Ability to Work Remotely : Onsite Full-time : The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules : Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position : 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
