job_description.job_card.job_descriptionAnalyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive Manage supplier and subcontractor relationships to obtain optimal pricing and Evaluate technical data, cost trends, and risk assessments to support strategic decisions Supervise and mentor junior estimators and assist in team development Collaborate with project management, engineering, and executive leadership to align on Present estimates and proposals to clients and internal stakeholders with Conduct site visits and consultations as required for pre-construction assessments Ensure estimates comply with current industry regulations and standards Maintain thorough documentation and support audit and compliance processes Minimum 5- 7 years of experience in electrical estimating or a senior construction role High School Diploma or equivalent required; degree in Electrical Engineering, Familiarity with national electrical codes and standards (NEC, NFPA, etc.) Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring or managing junior staff Deep understanding of electrical systems, installation techniques, and cost analysis Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Valid Driver’s License Must pass a background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening, travel as needed
