Estimator / PM for Drywall / Plastering Construction Subcontractor

Join KHS&S Contractors as an Estimator / Project Manager specializing in drywall, plastering, and related construction services.

Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate quantity take-offs and develop cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Prepare bid packages and proposal letters.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to define scopes of work and compute pricing.
  • Maintain project files, folders, and estimating software databases.
  • Utilize On Center Software (QuickBid) and produce estimates in Outlook, MS Excel, Smartsheet, and MS Word.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in estimating within metal stud, drywall, stucco, or plaster scope.
  • Preferred exposure to theme construction estimating.
  • Bachelor of Science in Building Construction preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with On Center Software, Outlook, MS Excel, Smartsheet, and MS Word.
