Locum Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Family Practice in New York

We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner for a 60-day locum tenens assignment in New York, starting Nov 10, 2025. This role offers a varied weekday schedule and involves serving as the sole provider in a primary care clinic, caring for employees and their families, ages 2 and up. Job Details Location : New York Start Date : Nov 10, 2025 LOA : 60 days Provider Type Needed : Family Nurse Practitioner Schedule : Monday 12 : 00pm-5 : 00pm; Tuesday 7 : 30am-4 : 30pm ; Wednesday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm; Thursday 7 : 30am-5 : 00pm Responsibilities and Duties Serve as the sole provider in a primary care clinic Deliver care to employees and their family members, ages 2 and older Manage work-related injuries and provide occupational health services, including Workers' Compensation cases Perform front office duties and blood draws when medical assistant is unavailable Maintain accurate clinical documentation in Epic EMR Ensure compliance with clinic protocols and safety standards Additional Information Must have active NY Nurse Practitioner license Minimum 3 years of relevant experience required Required board certification : Family Medicine Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Must be comfortable working independently as the sole provider and, at times, sole clinic staff member Prior Workers' Compensation experience in New York is required Benefits Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
