About the Role

The Company is seeking a Global Division President to take on a pivotal role with full P&L responsibility. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing a deep understanding of the markets, customers, and products to make strategic commercial decisions that drive growth. This includes providing overall strategic management, direction, and leadership across all core functions, and ensuring that the division's strategic direction is in line with the overall segment. The role also involves identifying and pursuing M&A opportunities, as well as integrating acquired companies to maximize synergies. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating and sustaining a culture that fosters accelerated growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities for the Global Division President include establishing and implementing a cohesive growth strategy, both inorganic and organic, and working with global business unit leadership teams to drive operational improvements. The role requires close collaboration with business unit leadership and functional heads on commercial activities, as well as the development of annual operating budgets and forecasts. The candidate will also be responsible for talent development and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
