At DaVita, we are looking for compassionate Registered Nurses to join our outpatient dialysis center in Erie. With immediate openings and no prior dialysis experience required, this is your chance to make a significant impact in the lives of patients dealing with chronic kidney disease.

What You'll Do

Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families in a supportive outpatient setting.
Deliver care to patients with unique treatment plans, leveraging a broad range of nursing skills.
Oversee patient care with the support of PCTs, conducting observations and machine setups.
Float to various clinics during and after training, ensuring flexibility in your role.
Work in a fast-paced environment, using your head, heart, and hands each day.

What You'll Bring

Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) required; B.S.N or three-year diploma may substitute.

Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg is helpful but not required.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Empathy and a desire to provide high-quality patient care.

Salary, Shifts & Location

Compensation is competitive and based on qualifications and experience. This position is located at 2563 W 8th Street, Erie, Pennsylvania, and requires a flexible schedule.
