Forward Deployed Engineer

A company is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to design and deliver customer-specific solutions in healthcare technology.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain integrations between the platform and third-party healthcare systems

Collaborate with customer-facing teams to improve deployed solutions based on real-time feedback

Translate customer requirements into product specifications for the engineering team

Required Qualifications

4+ years in a technical, customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS or healthcare technology

Proficiency in at least one programming language, with a preference for Python and / or SQL

Experience with healthcare data exchange standards like HL7, FHIR, or NCPDP is a plus

Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments

Bachelor's degree (BA / BS) or equivalent experience
