  • Location : Springfield, MA 01199 – Explore Western Massachusetts nursing jobs in a city known for its rich history, beautiful parks, and vibrant arts scene.\n
  • Assignment Length : 13-week travel nurse contract\n
  • Start Date : September 22, 2025\n
  • End Date : December 22, 2025\n
  • Shift : 12-hour night shifts (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM)\n
  • Hours per Week : 36 guaranteed\n
  • Unit : Medical Surgical Telemetry (includes 4 Intermediate Care / IMC beds)\n
  • Estimated Weekly Pay : $1,970 - $2,110\n

    • \n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n \n

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Massachusetts nursing license preferred\n
  • Minimum 1 year of recent Med / Surg Telemetry RN experience required\n
  • BLS certification (American Heart Association required)\n
  • Ability to work night shifts and thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment\n
  • Strong communication, clinical assessment, and teamwork skills\n

    • \n\nMed / Surg Tele RN Responsibilities\n \n

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in a medical surgical telemetry setting\n
  • Monitor, interpret, and respond to telemetry readings and changes in patient condition\n
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans\n
  • Administer medications, perform nursing assessments, and document patient progress\n
  • Support post-operative care for general surgeries, orthopedics (total hip and knee replacements), plastics (skin grafts / flaps), and other adult medical conditions\n
  • Maintain a safe, therapeutic, and patient-centered environment\n
