Basic Job Functions :

The Product Marketing Administrator plays a vital role in supporting customer and internal operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Processing customer claims and issuing credits
• Assisting Accounting with resolving invoice discrepancies (over / short payments)
• Answering incoming phone calls and providing customer support
• Generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Supporting team members based on workload demands
• Maintaining and ordering trade show materials
• Organizing and coordinating customer visits
