A company is looking for a Pharmacy Diversion Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Leads the development and maintenance of the Medication Diversion Prevention Program (MDPP) across various healthcare settings
Designs and operationalizes internal audit frameworks for medication compliance and conducts surveillance of the medication lifecycle
Oversees sensitive investigations and represents pharmacy leadership on the Diversion Response Team, ensuring effective incident response
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree in pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy is required; Doctor of Pharmacy degree is preferred
Active and in good standing Arizona State Board of Pharmacy license is required
Minimum of 3 years of healthcare leadership experience in complex operations or program coordination
Experience with diversion detection tools and analytics, including data reporting and trending
Comprehensive knowledge of medication handling and diversion regulations, including familiarity with relevant regulatory bodies
