Graduate Operations Coordinator
As a part of the Graduate Division, this position reports to the Assistant Director for Graduate Operations and Funding and is responsible for managing and processing all operational functions of the Graduate Division.
Responsibilities include budgetary and financial support, administrative support, event management, travel support, and communication support.
Required Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a related field, experience in budget and operations, experience with administrative support, knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and expense reporting, and proficiency in higher education software and tools.
Preferred Qualifications include experience in budget and data management, experience working in higher education, and experience in a budget or operations role within a university setting.
