Required Skills & Qualifications
- Applicants must be able to work directly for our organization on a W2 basis.
- Experience with Windows Server Operating Systems, ranging from 2012 to 2025.
- Ability to work with limited supervision to achieve project goals.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills using MS Office.
- Effective time management and prioritization skills.
- Knowledge and experience using ServiceNow reporting.
- Experience working with both physical and virtual Windows Server environments, including knowledge of hardware from major vendors.
- Proficiency in Active Directory, managing users / groups, and file share permissions.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
- Experience with network load performance optimization.
