Associates' degree in Vocational / Practical Nursing from an accredited program, preferred. Has two (2) years of recent nursing experience. Community / home health or medical / surgical experience , preferred. Possess and maintain valid CPR certification. Must have obtained in-person with a practical skills evaluation as part of the final test. Complies with accepted professional standards and practice. Demonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organization skills. Access to reliable transportation.
