While there are several tasks that define your role, you will need to be really good at making it easy for our guests : delivering service with a personal touch and delighting other whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury. Most of the time, you will be :

Responsibilities

• Responsible for improving guest service, developing and implementing new promotions, maintaining and cultivating relationships with VIP guests.
• Explaining promotions, programs, and any current giveaways to all guests. Explains the benefits and privileges of using a player's card.
• Responsible for developing and increasing guest visits and play habits.
