Overview

Join Caring Transitions of Greater Worcester as a Business Growth Specialist (Part-Time - possibly more). This role supports outreach across Worcester and parts of Middlesex County. This is a part-time position with room to grow for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business development and relationship-building initiatives with senior living communities, senior centers, elder law attorneys, and real estate agents.
  • Engage with a wide range of professionals to expand outreach and referral networks.
  • Proactively take initiative, manage activities, and meet growth goals.
  • Utilize CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and social platforms to manage outreach and track progress.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or relationship-building roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with diverse professionals.
  • Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and follow through on commitments.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms.
  • Bonus : experience in senior services, real estate, or community outreach.
