A company is looking for a Temporary People Operations Specialist, Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the migration of compensation benchmarking data from PayScale's legacy platform to the new PayFactors system
Ensure accurate transfer, validation, and analysis of compensation data for all unique positions
Collaborate with People Operations to maintain data integrity and support compensation benchmarking needs during the migration
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of hands-on experience in compensation, including market pricing and data analysis
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a relevant field
Deep expertise with PayFactors, including benchmarking and data management
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, formulas)
Strong understanding of compensation principles and benchmarking methodologies
